●This machine is mainly used for high-definition printing of corrugated cardboard, designed to replace some offset printing. Traditional offset printing machines require multiple processes such as pre-printing, lamination, flat pressing and die-cutting, resulting in low production efficiency. And solvent based inks are used. The gases evaporated by these organic solvents enter the workers' bodies through respiration, causing damage to the human liver and nervous system, and posing great harm to the environment. Our company's HX high-definition printing machine avoids the above drawbacks: printing, drying, slotting, die-cutting, one-time finishing, with a speed of 180 pieces/minute, high topping printing accuracy, high efficiency, and the use of ink printing, which does not pollute operators and the environment. Especially with the printing structure of adsorption down printing, it ensures that the printing image is not contaminated while making it easier to clean the die-cutting waste, making it an ideal equipment for high-end packaging production
●The fully automatic production control system only needs to input the size information of the order on the touch screen in the independent operation console. The paper feeding unit, printing unit, and die-cutting unit automatically adjust all gaps, axial, circumferential and other parameters, which is accurate and reliable, without manual intervention, and improves the production efficiency of the enterprise.
●The fully automatic production control system can store production orders, automatically change orders, and change orders faster and more convenient to operate.
●Each unit has an independent electronic control system, with fully vacuum transfer feeder, ensuring high-precision ± 0.3mm registration accuracy.
●Networked management, remote maintenance function can be selected according to needs (internet access required).
●Unique dust removal system installed in the paper feeding unit. Equipped with a static electricity removal device, 8 rows of brush dust removal and strong suction assembly, combined with adhesive roller technology, this machine achieves the best dust removal effect.

●50-133LPI high and low LPI printing, scraper ink supply system. Suitable for high dot printing on coated paper or kraft cardboard printing.
●The vacuum adsorption box adopts the latest technology, and the supporting bearings of the conveying roller shaft must be equipped with oil cups to ensure high-speed running of the machine. 7.5KW high-pressure centrifugal fan, suction assisted paper feeding, frequency converter adjusted air volume, stable transmission, ensuring smooth transportation of thin, curved and low-quality cardboard, with obvious effects. When printing different sizes of cardboard, pneumatic adjustment of the air volume ensures sufficient air volume for topping printing.
●In order to ensure the quality of printing products in the printing unit and improve printing speed, this machine has specially added infrared drying (imported with temperature control system) and ultraviolet drying. If water-based varnish is used, infrared drying is used. If UV varnish is used, ultraviolet drying is used to ensure high-quality printing of the equipment in high-speed printing.
●Painting process: Before painting, parts undergo rust removal, phosphating, painting, and baking varnish, which can make the paint rust resistant, surface hard, and more durable.
●The entire machine is equipped with a large screen display board that displays the printing speed (displayed in sheets per minute) and production quantity, making it easy for management personnel to see the machine's operating speed and production volume in different directions.
●Centralized dust suction and noise reduction channels, and pulse bag filter relays are selected according to user needs.
●All electrical, electronic, and pneumatic components comply with European CE safety standards.
