●Bearings are made from products such as Harbin, Luoyang, and Wafangdian.
●All passive rollers are driven by high-precision bearing cross slider mechanism.
●The operation station and operation side shield are designed separately for easy maintenance inside the gearbox.
● The transmission gear is lubricated with oil pump oil; The automatic level balancing device of the gear oil tank maintains the same level of oil in each unit.
●Each part is equipped with pneumatic brakes to ensure the reset accuracy of the main transmission meshing point and phase after the equipment is separated.
●The paper feeding gap dial has a dual pole parallel shaft worm gear box self-locking adjustment.
●Each phase is a three position planetary gear mechanism, driven by a brake motor, and a dedicated phase meter displays the adjustment value; Phase reset memory, reset to zero.
●Emergency stop protection: Equipped with an emergency stop switch, providing additional safety protection.
